To stand out in a convoluted consumer finance space, Westpac has rebranded to tell unusual stories to disrupt and emotionally engage with the customer. Therefore, to communicate the value of Westpac’s products, features or services, we’ll always use an unexpected but relatable scenario.
As a key designer on Westpac’s consumer comms, I’ve created and delivered CX projects, marketing campaigns and service communications across eDMs, digital, TVC, OOH, social and more. I also developed new eDM template modules and brand guidelines to align with Westpac’s evolving brand.
