The project
The Japanese Film Festival showcases a wide variety of films, aiming to support and grow interest in Japanese culture. I created a flyer that folds out into a poster, inspired by Japanese Film Festival.
This print is designed to be interesting at every fold, unfolding to reveal information and keep the user entertained with imagery and digestible information. The exposed red at the bottom of the closed flyer invites the user to pick up and open it, to uncover what is at the back. The back page has additional use as an illustrated poster.
